Although I am relatively new in the health and fitness industry (one year professional experience as of this writing), I have been a health and fitness buff for as long as I can remember.
A lot of people nowadays neglect their health, usually in the form of forgoing exercises or regular physical fitness activities because they deem these as too time-consuming—particularly if they spend extended hours at work. Plus, with their busy schedules, they just don’t have the time anymore to prepare meals that are packed with the necessary dietary nutrition.
