Good day, everyone! My name is Lisa Dudzik and you have arrived at my personal website. Although a good portion of this site will be dedicated to what I do professionally, I will also be sharing tidbits about my personal life as the site progresses.
It is my hope that through the posts and information I will be sharing here, you will be given information that could help you in the field of construction projects—particularly in managing them from pre-evaluation and negotiation to sealing the deal—and overall project management until completion.
At this point, I would like to remind everyone that information and tips shared here are based on my professional experience and personal knowledge. For specific construction projects, whether commercial buildings or public infrastructures, you need to work with a professional project manager or a contracts manager as each project has unique needs and requirements.
Construction projects, especially large-scale types, need to be worked on phase by phase in order to complete them on time and with zero to minimal issues as they progress. For these reasons, you need key people to handle each stage of the project, including the pre-evaluation stage and turnover once the project is completed.
And for each phase or stage, there are sub-stages that also need to be considered—anticipated as much as possible to manage risks and prevent delays. As you can see, the construction industry is a complex chain of stages broken down into several tasks, each one as important as the other.
If you have questions about contracts and claims, project management, or other aspects of a construction project, please feel free to get in touch with me, Lisa Dudzik. I will be more than glad to assist you any way I can.
